Re: Naturalisation

It was only because I couldn't find the answer to the OP's question. I don't think needless sarcasm implying people are dumb disguised as humour (even when a laughing emoji is inserted to drive this point home) is what people are looking for when they come here. A straight forward answer is all. 😂😂...

Re: Requesting to speed up application.

I applied for naturalisation on 20 July 2019. The application was made after spending 5 years on refugee LR and 1 year on ILR. Now I am in a bad state of mind as my mother have had a bad stroke and she is in coma now. I desperately need to see my mum. I have all medical reports. Is there any way to...

3. How did you manage to get any visa to live in the UK this entire time without fulfilling this requirement? There are all kinds of exemptions by which one could get to this stage without requiring the proof of knowledge of the English language. https://www.gov.uk/english-language/exemptions 😂 it’...

Re: Questions regarding the date of application and absence

Questions: 1. My absence is during 14 Dec 2016 - 1 Jan 2017. As I submitted my application on 13 Dec 2019, I am physically in the UK at my 3-year qualification period. Is that correct? 2. I have two forms from my referees: the first one signed on date 10 Dec 2019 and the second one signed on 13 Dec...

Re: How soon can I apply for ILR

Hi ....I want to apply for Ilr. Would be great if you can advise how soon I can apply for ILR. I got first UK visa on 17 Dec 2014. I arrived in UK on 7th Jan 2015. My current visa is expiring on 21 March 2020. In my extension letter it states as below which is confusing: "You must apply before...

Re: ILR application- other countries you’ve lived in

Hi, On the ILR application there is a question in the Immigration details “have you previously lived in a country outside de UK including your country of birth?” Do I really have to include my country of birth and the dates I lived in there? I I know right. Not an important question. General consen...

I have been granted ILR (tier 2 - 5 years route), my wife still require 6 months to finish her 5 years before applying for ILR (currently she is having PBS dependent). Bear in mind.. PBS dependants continuous residence is calculated from Date of visa Issue NOT Date of entry. Absence limits apply fr...

What is the nature of the mistake?
You can always provide additional information.
State in a cover letter what changes you wish to make. For example, change of Job details,is not a reason worth withdrawing for.

Re: Citizenship and previous Section 3C

You wouldn’t have gotten ur ILR via LR if you had an overstay. Time spent on 3C is actually lawful. It extends ur visa conditions till a decision is taken. If the decision is negative than you are an overstayer till you engage 39E by putting in an appeal, AR or a fresh application which must be appr...

Re: Received approval letter but unsure about ceremony timeline

The reason I am asking this, is because I have an international trip on February 4th. If I attend the 13th January ceremony, it is most likely that I will not have my British Passport in time for my trip, and by then I will have to have destroyed my BRP ILR. So I was considering contacting the Loca...

Re: 3 weeks delay of application. Tier1 Investor Premium Service

Unfortunately.. there is no way to deal with a delay or any way to hurry up the process. The standard service time frame is 6 months or more .
But due to super priority ur application was dealt with priority. It’s now up to the organisations to revert back to HO(ho took consent to contact banks etc)

Re: ILR-5 year route- Documentation

1.No. Passport used for first entry onwards.

2. Migration status? If immigration status than
BRP shall suffice. It’s normal for one piece of evidence to suffice for two or three areas.
