I applied for my 2 son's MN1 application on 27th April still waiting ,I don't think any one recived the certificate who applied April according to the forum they still processing march applicants lets see at least we get it by August . If it is the first time you have to fill the :6.1, 6.12, 6.16,6.17,6.18,6.19,6.20 and 6.21 Children under 6 years are required only for digital photograph not fingerprint .You can also read the new MN1 GUIDE for more information.
