Re: Naturalisation application processing timelines (only)

Unbelievable It took HO 3 days to approve your naturalisation Congrats!! Crazy! I won't complain though. It might be because I did everything for them really took photocopies of every single page of every document and they didn't have much to do? Who knows, 4 days.. amazing. Thank you all! This is ...

Re: Naturalisation application processing timelines (only)

Application Timeline Eligibility criteria: 3yr spouse of BC Method of application: NCS (Southwark) 9/01/2015 but ...

Re: Advice on filling form AN for naturalisation

Hello. I was wondering if there is a way of applying for naturalisation directly to the HO but sending them copies of my passport and ILR? I know NCS and solicitors can do this for me. Is there any other way? I would really like to avoid paying their fees. No way, photocopied documents must be stam...

Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Pro

How do you get a copy of your tax return?? I do my self assessment online and even my housemate just told me that when he did it on paper he has never received his self assessment back from HMRC ever, so it is impossible for me to understand why on earth they will ask for your self assessment and no...

Re: British Citizen - Spouses seperated

I am wondering if anyone who's applied on the basis of marriage to a BC but SEPARATED at the time has failed on the application?

I didn't like the face of the woman who pointed that my husband and I were living in different addresses when I applied at the NCS yesterday.

Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Pro

Hello everyone and thanks a lot for you immense help. I just came from the NSC, the appointment is one to one, so I sat on a desk with a lovely lady and she was checking all of my supporting documents plus my application. I took photocopies of everything and she told me that part of the service is t...

Re: Class2 NI Pending -Will it effect naturalization applica

no need to worry about HMRC tax issues. From your submission its clear you have made the effort of addressing the concerns and though it takes 3 weeks its within the time frame. Dot be confused by peoples views as people never tell you clear scenarios. Good luck mate I was wondering if the fact tha...

Re: Advice on filling form AN for naturalisation

Hey there; I'm applying tomorrow and I just realised that I had an exception for 3 years on my NI , so I didn't pay (from my pocket) employers did pay, 1 or 2 years. My economical situation changed so I recently cancelled that but they will bill me in April Can that play against my application? Sorr...

Re: payment for naturalisation application

So the 902 now include the ceremony or is 982?

Also, in the app form there is some sort of declaration that says "I already paid the correct fee" or some of the sort.
Shall I fill the form or can I pay somewhere?

I am applying through the NCS of my Borough.

Cheers

Re: British Citizen - Spouses seperated

Would it be a problem if I give them the last one which was quite poor and I present supporting documents as payslips and contracts to show that I can sustain myself? For those who entered the UK on a spouse visa, you are imagining a requirement that does not actually exist! The actual requirement ...
