Re: Re-entering UK on tier 2 visa

yes you can. At the airport border control people will ask you whether you are coming to live or visit, tell them to live. Don't say that you are coming for 1 day and go back n all.

Re: Tier 2 Dependent Visa from Germany successful

@ravisb_2014 I assume your wife and son are living in Germany and you are in UK. Now let me answer your questions: 1. Does TA include your name and your son name ? It should include your name not your wife or son as they live in Germany not in UK. 2. Does your wife stay in a shared accommodation or ...

Don't worry I think one month maintenance with accommodation from employer would do.
I submitted my wife's tenancy agreement but they returned that to me.

Tier 2 Dependent Online Form Question

Hello All,

While filling the online visa form for Tier 2 dependent visa I have a doubt in filling this question:
What should I write?

"How long do you intend to stay in the UK?"

My wife (Main application) has a visa for 3 years. Should I write 3 years?

Thanks,

@manci:

I got the dependent visa on May 2014 since then I was living in UK but in sep-2014 I left UK and came to Germany. My dependent visa is valid till June 2015. It means I have stayed 4 months outside of UK, now can I travel to UK? For how many months you can live outside on UK?

Re: Dependent Tier 2 visa

Change of address won't be a problem. If she is applying before 18th Jan put the old address otherwise new address. I would say put the old address because yr all documents like maintenance docs..etc are on old address. Visa people see that she is actually coming and living with you at the same addr...

@manci: I read on the post which has the same question that I am asking where you have answered someone that u need to apply for new visa and here you are saying I don't need to apply for new visa. I think you don't know clearly or you just giving random answers to people.

Re: Multiple Tier 2 General Partner Visa

@manci: I have read it clearly and I know what you are saying. Accoring to you I don't need to reapply visa but I think I have to that is wat has been told from PWC which did all visa processing for my wife in the UK. They said because your wife has new COS you need to reappply for visa.

Re: Multiple Tier 2 General Partner Visa

@manci: My visa is still valid but I don't think I can travel on that visa because this is linked to my wife's older COS on that basis I got this visa. Now she has new COS, which means my visa is invalid and I need to apply for new one which would be based on my wife's new COS.

Re: Multiple Tier 2 General Partner Visa

Thanks for the reply. I was worried because I lived in the Uk only for 2-3 months on that visa and came back to Germany. So might be they ask me why I didn't live in the UK and now applying for new visa. I hope that won't be a problem.

Multiple Tier 2 General Partner Visa

Hello All, I have a small doubt regarding Tier 2 General Partner Visa. I got the UK visa and went to UK for finding...
