my expiry date is 19th april , same for her .
but she got visa issued on jan 2014 , she came to uk in feb 2014.

ILR QUERY

good morning everyone ,

i have to apply my ILR in 2 months , my wife has tier 1 general dependent .
when i apply for my ILR , should my wife apply for IlR , or extension of tier 1 general dependent .

MY company awarded me bonus for the whole year (yearly bonus-4000 pounds ), will that count towards my earning .

i am guessing at least you should have payslips from that company .
at least last one which shows total gross income .
