Hi all... Thnx alot for trying to help me.., good news !! My husband got the visa yesterday... There was no problems at all.. They didnt say anything... Sooo happy.. And once again thnx alot for willing to help...

I will ring the lawyer who helped me with this appeal.. I will ask him if he knows about it.. Its night time here now.. So will ring him to,orrow and let you know... Thanks for replying guys...

Unfortunatly i haven't got a copy.. He applied for the visa in saudi arabia.. They called him and asked to take his passport with him when he go... Then they granted the visa... They didn't giva a letter..

Do you mean the refusal letter?

My husband's visa was given to him december 2012. And it expires on sept 2015...
