Hi Addy582, what did you say in your cover letter when you submitted the variation? I'll also be submitting a variation later this week and wondering what information has to be included in the letter of variation for it to be accepted.

Probably safest to extend in-time. If they haven't decided by the time you are eligible for ILR, then you may vary your application to SET(O).
