Thanks for your responses guys. The form asks for PRESENT address in 1.35 thats why I wasnt sure. Also I have all bills council tax on both of our name BUT if she going away for more than a year than there is no point of me renting a expensive property I would rather move into shared accommodation. ...

yes he was born when I was on Tier 1 ..now on ILR.
He got his BC via MN1 1(3) SECTION

Not sure but I guess you and your wife would need to apply for visit visa...and BC child can enter canada due to his non visa exempt passport

It may impact the future intention requirement but without knowing the detail can't comment further. Can you please elaborate? I have no requirement other than qualifying for naturalization successfully. My childern are already British Citizen and moving to Canada with mother due to family reasons....

Yes as you said no dependents, means at the time of ILR you never had family in the uk.

In my circumstance I had family at the time of ILR, but they wont be living in the UK at the time of my naturalization.
