Re: Flr

That is disgraceful by UkVI, you probably Be eligible for ILR by now.

I think you should contact parliament, House of Lords, contact every newspaper if you can.

Good luck with your case.

Re: FLR FP to FLR M - Early ILR Route ?

Hi Op. I am in a similar position to you. 7.5 years on private life, then discovered the new rule when I came to apply for extension. I have applied for ILR (PL). Unfortunately couldn’t get priority or super priority service, so I’ve sent a standard application. I’ll update when I hear in a few mon...

Re: FLR (FP) 3rd Extension Form filling help

Hi Shoaib

This is a form used by FLR FP and FM route, hence why question of income and English language is there. You’re not obliged to fill income details under FLR FP. I’m not sure about universal credit though.

Good luck

Taken from HCI - London website Question – What should be the validity of a Passport on the date of travel? Answer - Minimum 06 months. This maybe just related to another travel criteria but better check with HCI tomorrow morning. https://www.hcilondon.gov.in/page/general-information-related-toindia...

Re: Combining flrp and flrm ?

So I had Leave to remain based on private life twice (based on 18-24 and lived more than half life in UK), then when I applied to renew a third time, they gave me FLR M as I am married to a British man. I applied for private life as usual, but I just accepted what they gave me. Timeline so far: Lif...

Re: Combining flrp and flrm ?

What did you do in the end? I did exactly this and applied for ILR using the new rules. Will have to wait and see. I’m in my 7th year of FLR FP, I would really appreciate if you share your outcome :) my next extension is due in April but I’m thinking of moving onto FLR FM and applying for ILR too. ...

Too costly, painstaking, time consuming, could seriously effect mental health and have serious consequences on person/relationship (personal opinion) so please don’t do it, go back to the home country and follow the correct procedure for Spouse Visa.
