Re: Employment hours calculation

for any one employee working more than 30 hours per week will not count for job creation.

but under old rules a 30 hours by one and 20 hours by the other will count. as 50 hours and need 3120 hours in total. that is my understanding .

Re: IT contracting with T1 Enterprenur

Trying to hoodwink HO is not correct. The intention of this visa is to set up own business and if working as an IT contractor whichever way shown in my opinion is wrong and not legal. If you get caught its trouble.

Re: when is the earliest we can submit our case ?

You obviously did not read my post... If you apply earlier than 3 years then you get your extension for another 2 so you will have to apply another extension before ILR so to do it before 3 years is stupidity. And yes you will get rejected if you apply next week not because you applied early but bec...

Re: when is the earliest we can submit our case ?

What nonsense you can apply anytime during your 3 year and 4 months as long as you've invested the money and done the jobs bit . Since you are given only a two year extension best to apply just after 3 years so that you do not need to apply for a second extension before ILR. I did exactly that....

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension - Investment by Share Capi

It doesnt matter who owns what share ....why would any third party invest without getting shares?

what required is a total of 200k invested in the company (whoever owns the shares) that the applicant is a director in and access to that money
