Hi @manci Any help will be appreciated manci. I am currently on a tier 2 visa valid for 2 years. it expires march 2017. If i apply to extend for just one year so that it is less than the 3 years and one month, will I still be classed as new entrant OR would it be the experienced rate. I am under 25 ...

Tier2 general visa extension refused - no points for Salary

Hi

I am in now in a similar situation where I was thinking if i applied for just an extra year then it will still be new entrant rate. Please let me know what the outcome of your situation was? Was the ukvi in the wrong? or did you actually have to have the experienced rate salary?
