Hi Mate, Yes this is also normal although not everyone receive email like that but i know few people in the forum who have received email like that in past but got their approval before 6 months. I think Dec applications will start in next 15 days. But obviously it doesn't mean that all the previous months applications will be completed by then. Just spoke with HO , they said sent returned documents on 17th Jan Saturday :-) ... I provided them with return envelop but no info on royal mail .... and the best part of it they forgot to mention flat number ..so address is incorrect ;-) No ones home so will check and update about it after 7 when...
