Hi all, I just received my residence Applied 5 jan, COA 17th jan Residence card received 8th May dated 1st may Straight forward application, being married 5years but wifey got gap in excercising treaty right so had to reapply and renew residency. Quick update: We re-entered the UK 2 days ago without any problems. My partner's application is still being processed and his EEA Family Permit expired 2 months ago. The immigration officer didn't ask us any questions and we didn't have to show the COA or any of the other documents! We were surpris...

Ugh - I just reread the letter that came with the passports and apparently to reenter the UK I need to apply for a Family Permit?! Hi there, I also received the same letter with my returned passport advising me to apply for another EEA Family Permit if I wanted to travel and re-enter the UK in my situation (pending EEA Res Card application).
