The application form which i filled was sent by home office which specified the validity of the form from 3-4-2006 to 18-6-2006, which was in fact...

Re: strange situation for ILR

I have a query regarding the new 4 year ILR rules (Judicial Review judgment of 6 April 2009). I had initially applied for my HSMP approval in January 2006 which was refused due to error in assessment. I, therefore, re-submitted a fresh application in june 2006 claiming the same points and using the...

ILR-eligible in 4 or 5 years

Once and for ALL, what is the FEE for FLR(tier 1)?

there are many contradicting statements from people here abt the fees for those who already are here under HSMP and are applying for FLR under Tier 1.

is it 350 or 750 ????

has anyone paid 350 and got his documents cleared?

let's make this FINAL.

The biggest joke in these new changes is this bit about 'probationary citizens' and how by 'actively contributing' to the community, people under this category can expect to become 'full citizens' in a 'minimum of 1 year'. And how do you prove you are 'active'? By getting involved in voluntary work...
