Hi guys I will be applying for ilr in a few months time. I was thinking to present my case through an immigration lawyer, but I would like to seek experts advice from this forum in case to apply myself or through solicitors ?

Hi, I agree this is one of the worst visas in terms of prohibitations it placed on applicants. I also agree that if we get the visa then they shouldn't be harassing people on airports but the attitude of this society is changing dramatically and it is represented by their immigration policies.

Hi guys This is my case history. Came in uk on 11th oct 2004. Student visas till 2010 ( one fresh application within 28 days ) Got PSW on 25th nov 2010 till 25th nov 2012. Applied entrepreneur on 23rd nov-2012 and application rejected on 6th june 2013. I appealed through my lawyer and decision was ...
