Re: Employment History

That means the one who hasn't written self employment history in the application form, just wait for the UKVI decision. In my opinion, you should not worry about it, but if I was in a situation like you, I would consult an expert immigration lawyer for advice. Some of them offer free of cost and they...

Re: Refrees

GP and doctors cannot be referees. You can use a dentist though. Not sure why this is the case. I used GP and one of family friend for my child application as referees and never had any problem. Though, GPs are not on list, but as far as I know, they are acceptable to UKVI as I know few others who u...

According to new AN Guidelines , HO requires evidence of income in form of either pay slips or P60s for the salaried applicants and also expect that correct tax and NI being paid on current employment and previous employments. Re: Indefinite leave to remain vs Register as UK citizen dil

On basis citizenship trumps ILR suggest register asap. Minors, although subject to good character test over age of 10, cannot really be held responsible for others' actions and for being unwitting parties to breach of immigration regulations. If particularly risk-averse you could apply one at a tim...

Re: HMRC Late SA penalty for 2013 in the middle of AN proces

Hi All, I have applied for naturalization AN on May 21st 2016. I am surprised to see a letter from HRMC today (6 July 2016). It is regarding not filing self assessment for year ended in April 2013. They have fined me a huge amount 1500+100 for being late in doing the self assessment. Looks like my ...
