I emailed them last week and got the reply that decisions cannot be given over email and to call them. I called them just then and was told my application has been allocated to a case worker and it is still being processed. Indeed patience is a virtue - which I am sorely lacking. I succumbed and emailed them for status of my application. I hope that doesn't annoy them but the waiting is hard. Even if they tell me that it's currently assigned to a case worker I would feel better...
