Re: Indefinite Leave to Remain & British Citizenship

Hello man, Just came on here to share my experience. First of all, I was granted my ILR today. It hasn't been a very easy journey, my wife and I booked for the premium appointment in sheffield for the 7th of March, 8.00am in the morning. We left our city a day before and lodged in premier inn which ...

Dear all, I am placing this post due to finding out about people's confusion regarding completing the payment section after making payment to book for a premium service online. I am in somewhat a similar situation but not the same, Basically, I booked for my Ilr appointment online for this week and ...

Re: Indefinite Leave to Remain & British Citizenship

Hey man, How's it going? Hope your preparation is going well. So, we went for the appointment this morning and.......I've got it! I've been granted the ILR. The appointment was at 0810; I deliberately picked the earliest timeslot to ensure things get done as quickly as possible and it worked. We go...

Re: Section 8 SET M form

Hi, Just thought I can be of help. Could you look at the section again where you were asked how much you and your partner receive as income on monthly basis makes that section 8 below fall under same category. So just to summarise it, it's referring to month allowance not yearly. Hope that helps, pl...

Re: Indefinite Leave to Remain & British Citizenship

Thank you for all your replies. They have proven to be very consistent. Well, the documents gathered were simply all that were requested on the application form and for the finances, yeah, I guess I have provided more than enough really! It's great that you have finally been able to book your appoin...

Re: Indefinite Leave to Remain & British Citizenship

I'm not sure why they've not documented and to be perfectly honest, form my experience, it's always been difficult to go beyond the information provided to you when it comes to dealing with the immigration. Because there is no way for us to talk to the actual case workers, some of the questions are ...

Re: Bank Statements for ILR

Hi there, I think you have received the best advice so far. Bank Statements ordered on phone from the bank usually comes in the bank's letter head, so not too worry, it should be fine. It is very factual that bank nowadays refuse to stamp printed cpoies of bank statements. And you can take the advi...

Re: Citizenship-English requirement(qualified ILR after oct

Hi there, Once you have provided evidence of knowledge of language and life in the UK at ILR stage, you would not need to provide any further proof at Citizenship stage as the information provided earlier on will be relied upon, better still, follow the requirement on AN form and just provide the ev...

Re: Pearson Edexcel ESOL Entry 3 for Settlement SET (o)

Hi there,

Yes, Esol level 3 is also known as B1. You can use the grades interchangeably.
PTE Academic is level B2. Esol Level 1 is also B2. They are acceptable level of English required for settlement.
Hope that helps!

Cheers!
