Thanks for your reply. Discretionary leave to remain changed from 6 to 9 years in 2012. Prior to this the rules were different for citizenship. Someone who were granted discretionary before 2012 would apply for citizenship soon after ILR had granted as they would have covered 6 years altogether. Is ...

Sorry for the confusion first one was granted in jan 2009 n second one in april 2012. So i have done 6 years. ILR has just been granted in june 2015.
