I have now been granted ILR. I had a CCJ which I have disclosed and explianed my situation well.

Hi I was granted ILR today . I had a CCJ on my account but my advocate suggested me to declare that. I have clearly explained my situation in the application and I was granted ILR.

The current timelines for decision after submitting biometrics seems to be 7 to 9 weeks. I have based this on timelines provided by members in other posts.
