1. You cannot apply for an extension from outside the UK. Applications abroad are entry clearance, not extensions. She also cannot apply as a Tier 1 Dep. Did you get ILR based on 5 years residence on Tier 1? If yes to the above question, your wife can stay as a Tier 1 Dependent and continue to extend her visa until she meets the residence requirement for ILR. I recently got my ILR - my wife is currently residing here as a dependent on PBS- her current leave expires in Aug- I am wondering how long she can stay on current visa before she is required to switch to FLR category?

Yes but the trouble is that I have not sent any letter from college/Univ or PBS calculator with my degree I have only sent ACCA Affilliate Certificate BSC (Hons) Oxford Brookes should I send a PBS calculator now with my case ref etc and would that complicat...
