Re: Spouse Visa from within UK

Hi,

I got my 5 year visa as a family member of EU on 01/01/ 2008 which was valid until 01/01/2013. However, our marriage broke down early 2010. We split up in 2010 and I applied for divorce in 2012.

please ask me if you have any questions.

Kind Regards
Raf

Re: 10 years long residence applications

Thanks Yask,

I am told by different solicitors that I can't apply for ILR on a 10 year route as 10 year option doesn't apply to EU cases.
Can you please elaborate more ?

Need some guidance

Kind regards
Raf

Question: I have spent 3 years under UK immigration (as a student from 2004-2007)and 7 years under eu (family member of EEA from 2007-2014). Can I apply for indefinite under 10 year rule even though I spent 7 years under eu status ?

Please help.

Thanks for your helpful reply. I have been in the UK for ten years. My previous and current status is a family member of EAA but HO won't give me ILR as they think that I am an overstayer as my previous partner left the country and I was alone at the time of divorce. Anyway, I lost my appeal in the ...
