Yeap @Dec17, I am agree with you. Hi, Phoned HO again and spoke to horrible man, he asked me to wait for few second. after 30 to 40 second he asked me case id and other stuff and than he replied my application is not completed. I have asked him, is it with case worker or waiting for decision etc... ...

are you sure ? Have you looked OFQUAL list ? is it really in the list ? I just did the search on the qfqual list and did not find EMDQ.
