Both Parents (Father and Mother) Passports are required to apply for my child born in the UK.

In My case I got ILR, My wife has applied for the ILR. We do not have my wife passport with us. it is at home office as her application is under consideration.

Do not let visa applications get through your house purchase. Having ILR, you can access most of banks and building societies for mortgages.
