Biometrics are not required if you are following the EU PR route,which was in our case.

An update;

We just got our PR's
We ve applied on 13/11/14 ,EEA3 and EEA4
We got our PR's on 09/04/15

I ve following the processing times very closely having applied for EEA3 and EEA4 and according to my calculations the average waiting time is 3.5 month. Worried too now as on 13 th of March will be exactly 4 month as we ve been waiting for our PR.

EEA3 and EEA4 application sent 13/11/14
CAO issued on 04/12/14.
PR still waiting.
It would be good to know whether anybody who has sent the application from October onward has received PR.
