Just passport to submit but your spouse should take copy of the online visa application as well as they need it to scan into their system. They return it upon bio completion. To stay on safe side, provide copy without signature? thats what we did cause it can only be submitted once. I had 2 copies ...

@stillwaiting123 Another thing is confusing me, My old land registry 2013 is fine For my new application ,can I use this ? No that's way to old I'd get a new one just to be safe I apply for the new one ,but if it is taking too long to Send me back ,then. House is in same person (father) possession.
