ILR - LR - Difference in Salary

Hi Experts,

We are about to apply for my wife's ILR - Long residence (10 Years route).

She is currently in the UK with Skilled worker visa. We noticed that her CoS states salary as 30k per annum but her pay slip is for 29k per annum.

Would this create any issues in ILR application?

Thanks

Re: Minimum working hours

Thanks @AmazonianX 1) Current Tier 2 General CoS(expiring in 45 days) is for 37.5 hours in occupation code 3545. The new CoS is for 30 hours for the same occupation code 3545. Will the reduction in working hours will be of any issue? 2) Going rate for occupation code 3545 - £35,100 (£18.00 per hour)...

Hi,

For the skilled worker visa extension, do we have to fill up separate application form for the dependent child or can it be included in the main applicants form?

Minimum working hours

Hi All,

Current skilled worker Visa CoS was for 37.5 hours. During the Skilled Worker Visa extension, can the working hours be reduced to 30 hours (with its corresponding salary) in the extension CoS? Will this be treated as part-time?

Thanks

If I apply for the Family Visa for my partner on 01-06-2023, will the visa end date be same as my ILR end date (31-12-2024) or 31-Nov-2025 (2.5 years from 01-06-2023)?
