That's why I was confised... I wasn't aware that if were in the UK you could apply to stay in the UK as a spouse....

Do I take it tourists on up to 6 months visa still can't marry and adjst status to spouse, even with this new legislation...?

Husband has good skills - better than mine! (Microsoft Certified Trainer and Architect) but scores low on HMSP. No family member in position to sponsor. Dad retired and claims incapacity benefit. My employer (who has also known me several years) likely to act as guarantor - been advised that's good....

Hi I have read through the guidelines for the new forms a couple of times... it seems unclear as to whether there are new forms for Spouse Visa applications. Several times on family forms (versions O & F) it says specifically NOT to use them for Spouse visas... but didn't find any that said they...
