you are completely right i wish i can find a sample as i tried to look for it here and i couldnt find

the lenght of employment mentioned in my letter was by mentioning when i started but i dont know if thats ok or i have to put how many months or years in each job

That's 9384.59,multiply by 2, 18769.18. You're fine with this, The letter they want from your employer to calculate your annual income should be based on your income in the last 6 months,multiply by 2 to give your projected annual income, NOT,what you were told when taken the job. first job is salary emplyee cuz i have a fixed monthly wage my contract is 17000a year
my second is hourly i get minimum 10 hours a week with 6.55
but i was sick in december for 1 day in both jobs

yes i am more than sure it is salaried employee and my boss doesn't pay if someone sick
and i was sick for only one day it was in December
