I know this may sound stupid, but what does RFC mean?
RFC is abbreviated for Ready For Collection
Use this term to say received call from VFC Gerrys that passport is ready to be collected

Ok. But how can someone make escalation request on 6th May if he/she has submitted documents on 2nd March? Usually 3 month time-scale is given by UK embassy. That's what I said on my previous post ... You have to work it out so let's say 2nd March that would mean 12 weeks is approx week 28th may .....
