Tho I agree that every case is different but with updates we can have a rough estimate of which applications have been dealt with to have an idea on timescales. Yes some people will hear sooner on straight forward cases and some will hear later due to further checks ... so it's all down to kismet so...

wifes in the mirpur centre as we speak, she just called me she told me that a lady working there said the process would take upto 6 months via the so called "normal service" but on VIP service (5000 rupees) it only takes upto a month to process the documents. ahhahahah scamming bastards !...

Exactly ... there could be many reasons the home office can decide to withdraw and later refuse again the visa... As mentioned before salma123aslam should give the home office a call first to ask reasons for appeal withdrawal and just keep faith and do dua. In Shaa Allah everything will work out for...

Yes, they seem to be finishing of February now - this is very busy season it seems - some people on here got their visas in 1-2 months - those that applied in December etc It seems like they are still on Feb - maybe a couple of March applications(have not seen anyone in March apps get any confirmat...
