Not that I'm aware of
My wife just submitted a few days back and there was no such fee.

You have to pay both fees online when you are about to submit the online form VAF4A.

Fees which are £956 gbp for visa & £600 gbp for health surcharge

Thanks I.need.help Thank you so much Reason I sent birth certificate was to show my parents details ad the first few times I went pakistan I was endorsed on my mother's passpprt which I also sent a copy of The bank statement I receive is one copy every 6 months so that's covered Keep me in your dua...
