Re: Meeting Financial Requirement and Company Director

Thanks theroyal,

What a pain that is, the amount of documentation is crazy. Do you know if I can meet the finanical requirement through my Salary paid form my Limited Company (£19,000 pa) and therefore my pay slips, or will I still need to provide the raft of company documentation?

Re: FLR(M) - Limited Company income

I would have thought your salary + Dividends, but I am in a similiar position to yourself and no expert

How did you decide that your Limited Company was not a "specified limited company"?

Re: Meeting Financial Requirement and Company Director

Ok thanks, but can anybody help with my original questions:- 1. Will my £19,000 salaried income suffice (I understand that I will need to supply pay slips, company bank statements, my bank statements etc)? 2. If my £19,000 will not be sufficient does my company fall within “specified type”? I can pr...

Meeting Financial Requirement and Company Director

I have been reading the Financial Requirements Document and I am confused regarding meeting this requirement as a Company Director of a Limited Company. To make things easier on this front I have increased my annual salary to £19,000 as I thought that would negate the need to supply a lot of Limited...

Re: Student visa- registered nurse. Please help

If you are eligible to apply for the fiance visa for him then why don't you just do so. He can come to UK and he can study while in UK and then later on when you two got married apply for the dependent visa for him Because we have to get married within 6 months and I want more time than that. He ma...

Re: Student visa- registered nurse. Please help

Hi Frontier Mole, I am starting to feel desperate! Yes we want to live together, but there a genuine desire/need to further his education. If he can learn English in the UK and get the required IETS score then he can move to a course to gain a qualification that will help him get a job when we are m...

Re: Student visa- registered nurse. Please help

Just jumping in on your thread here. When I was asking about visa the study English for my fiance I was told there is 99.9% chance of refusal as English can be studied in the home country. Don't know if your personal cicumstances make any difference, but I would be interested in the opinion of other...

Re: Can I sponsor partner for Tier 4 visa?

Yes I have realised that about private college. One of the courses is Private and the other is at a University. Yes we do want to live together before applying for fiance visa and as he needs a qualification for work when we are married I thought the Student visa would be a good idea. Is there any t...

Re: Can I sponsor partner for Tier 4 visa?

Thanks for the reply. But he would be a genuine Student, he would be going to classes and gaining the qualification – it would just be that I would be funding the course and his living costs, because he cannot. In in way I can see what you are saying, is the definition of a genuine student really th...

Can I sponsor partner for Tier 4 visa?

I have just read another thread and wanted to check here. We are planning on my partner coming to England to study a 1 year course in Patisserie at Highly Trusted Sponsor. I had thought that I would be able to sponsor him, but now I am not so sure; it seems like the money has to be in the account of...

Re: Tier 4 Visa to Study English - Possible?

and its sad to know that you have mentioned yourself that the MAIN reason for him to get a tier 4 visa is to work part-time, which he would not be able to do if he gets a student visitor visa. Perhaps this was badly worded on my part, what I meant was the main reason as opposed to a Student Visitor...

Tier 4 Visa to Study English - Possible?

I have tried to research the possibility of my partner getting a Tier 4 Visa to study English; he is non EEA National. At first I thought it was not possible as Tier 4 are only available for degrees, however, some websites of universities and colleges seem to imply that a Tier 4 is possible. The mai...

Re: Can Ex Stop New Partner's Visa

Yes thanks, we are deciding whether Student visa to Study English would be best. I believe this would have to be Student Visitor visa as Tier 4 are only availble to degrees - which is a shame as he won't be able to work on Student Visitor Visa; but this would enable us to live together before taking...
