Hi CR001, Yes, I planned to apply for his Citizenship once my ILR is approved (as he born in UK). If my child does NOT have BRP card then he will be fine and he can go to BC once my ILR is approved. Currently he has BRP card which has expiry date. So will this expiry date considered as unlawful stay...

Please note you have to maintain £1575 (945 for self + 630 for each dependant) to apply dependent visa for your spouse.

Yes, you can extend Tier1 General Dependent visa after 5th April 2015 as well.

Visa fees are as follows

Tier 1 general (in country) dependant - £1,736
Tier 1 general (overseas) dependant - £944

I guess Tier2 ICT is not considered for ILR count if it has be approved after April 2010. Please check.

As per ILR Continuous periods requirement document, it looks continuous period wont be broken if dependent applies for new entry clearance from india within 28days of their visa expiry and coming back to UK within 180 days.
