i am not really sure but your residency is not broken yet as you have applied within 28 days time after UT decision.
hope your 10yrs will be ok.
but get some suggestion from solicitor i suggest.

You didn't get a right of appeal because your FLR(o) application was made when you had no valid leave. (Your 3c leave expired after the second appeal decision).
