When I spoke to the HO yesterday, the rather unhelpful guy said they are processing November applications and gave me a Liverpool PO Box address.

He couldn't say if its with the case worker. Last week it was awaiting consideration. So here's hoping. Thanks for the wishes.

Called the Home Office today & the guy on the phone advised me that they are considering applications posted in December. He couldn't give any direction as to when January applications would be considered.

Well just hope it comes back in the next 3-4 weeks!

Wonder what is hapenning to the outstanding November applications! I see the HO have started working on December ones.

You can find your MP from this website http://www.parliament.uk/mps-lords-and-offices/mps/ The MP's office can contact the HO directly to get an update about your case. Based on the data for the past 3 months, they are taking approx 14-15 weeks from the Biometric enrolled date. There is typically higher volume around Sept-Oct. Typical waiting time (based on 2014 data) is c12 weeks after biometrics have been enrolled.
