Student visa refused from Pakistan baseless objections

He passed his IELTS in his first attempt. He got admitted into Cavendish College. His method of teaching was in English and he got his visitor visa by conducting interview in English.

So what do u all suggest? Your suggestions please for future application.

HSMP Dependant Spose Visa Timeline

My wife applied for HSMP dependant visa on 10 of July and was called for finger scanning on 13 July. Does anyone has any idea normally how much time it'll take for the outcome?

I'm on HSMP FLR and was wedded last month in Pakistan.

thank you sunny. but at the same time I want to file my annual tax return ending year 2005-2006 in first week of April. I feel more comfortable while applying as self employed.

Hi sunny, I haven't applied yet as my solicitors have advised me to apply one month before th expiry of my current hsmp visa. I'm definitly going to apply under self-employed and that'll be in April.
