I see it this way...If the RLMT was done with a higher salary then more applicants would have applied for the job. This could mean the RLMT could fail i.e job can be taken up by a UK/EU citizen. Last month one of the applicant's manager directly called the HO helpline to check the minimum points cut off post lunch. Hopefully someone can do so this time as well

Visa can issued for up to 3 years or till 5 years depending on the start and end dates on CoS. Once 5 years is completed she can apply for PR/ILR

The first stage report was supposed to come out yesterday, but the MAC website is still not updated until now. Any idea what's happening? The spike in summer times is analysied by the previous years data from archived UKVI RCoS Data, someone in the July RCoS thread has posted links and graphs for that data indicating April , june and july as peak trends usually.
