Dear All, I am currently on low income due to my ongoing sickness. Is Fee waiver is applicable for adulats to apply naturalisation? Some said I cant use fee waiver form but others say I can submit. Very confusing and I cant able to find the answers in the net as well. Can you help me ?

My Daughter received her Permanent resident visa by completing 10 years stay in the UK recently. I am already a British citizen and holding a British passport. Is my daughter eligible to apply for British Passport without applying for Naturalisation?

Yes I knew it will take now 10 years! I don't have intentions to claim on behalf of mother. due to my ongoing sickness I unable to work full time, but I am getting better now, and will be searching full time job soon.

she applied for settlement (indefinite leave to remain) , refuse grounds not enough evidence why she want to stay here and some medical records missing. is she will get indefinite visa or renewable visa for 5 years?

Thanks , My mother waited for 6 months to get hearing , date confirmed in July and and went for hearing on December. Decision came after 4 weeks , and home office didn't challenge , just got a confirmation from FTT. what will happen now?
