When can apply british passport

Some guideline says you must be living legally in the uk at the time to apply British passport, kindly advice after getting ILR on 10 year basis can you apply straight for passport.

Any one please Option 1 : she has to come back to UK and apply FLR (M) even if you get or not get your visa. Never received acknowledgement letter

I applied on 10th July and didn't received any confirmation letter and money is not been taken out yet ?

My application delivered on 11th July, is there anyone applied on after 10th can confirm if they received confirmation.

Experts please make comments, I'm worried now.

Hi If you're applying under the category of 10 years long residense then you dont really need things like Employer letters, payslips, P60's. Dont go into complications. If you college and diploma is listed in UKBA points calculator and it awards you points then all clear. I dont know what this complication is about!!! Spoke to my department today they says its very difficult to write on 12 months gross and net income on the letter.

They only can give total yearly salary sum on letter headed paper, i am thinking to attacch my payslips from last 12 months.

any advice.
