The technicality in between the lines is:
"Skilled worker visa is a settlement route as well", therefore exemption should apply.

Any reason you can't re-declare it to 30 Sept 2016 when you were physically present in the UK?

Just to clarify,

A job lets say a "Manager" on part-time basis for 24 months, is not 1 Full-time Job?
