Re: Dependent visa expires before mine? (December)

Thank you kindly; really very much appreciated! If I have any issues applying for her I'll respond to this thread. Considering the limited time you have. i'd advise you go for priority or premium service. The standard application might not be ready by december. If the dependent submits an applicati...

Dependent visa expires before mine? (December)

I'm on a Tier 2 Minister of Religion, and changed jobs last year. When we inquired in Croydon, they advised that it was not necessary to make immediate changes to my wife's visa at the time. My sponsored visa expires in December 2018, but my wife's visa expires December 2016 in line with my original...

Re: 10 DAYS PRIORITY SERVICE

I've not used it myself, but I did apply for a place this past Monday. Email sent around 11:30am but hadn't heard back by late afternoon so just booked a premium appointment instead. Turns out I received confirmation that I got a place on the priority service but the email was sent around 5pm. Rathe...

Premium service appointment - bring dependent?

Hiya and thanks in advance for any assistance provided. I've booked for 22 October for Premium service in Croydon. I am Tier 2 currently and switching employers to a nationwide charity. My new employer has checked yes for maintenance. I have NOT included my wife, who is my dependent, on the applicat...

Student Dependent + Tier 2 MoR = 5 years. ILR chances?

So, 4 years in Tier 4 as a dependent of student (wife) and now holder of CoS for Tier 2 Minister of Religion for the past 1 year. I've been under the impression that none of my time in Tier 4 counts towards ILR, but as I wasn't the student I was working full time for the duration. My 5 year date as ...

Spouse visa issued for 10 months less than mine?

Hi, I've been approved a couple months ago but we were just denied a small loan (which we were otherwise approved for) because my wife's visa expires Feb/16 whilst mine is valid until Dec/16. I am the sponsored employee, she is the dependent. Incidentally, she earns twice what I do! Was this a mista...
