Appointment Date

My 5 Years on Tier 2 Complete on 24th October 2017.

Earliest I can apply is after 26th September 2017.

When can I start to book an appointment? Heard its 42 days before?

Is it 42 days before 24th October 2017 or 42 days before the date I plan to make an appointment.

I was once made redundant as well. Do not worry. I strongly believe that if you are lawfully on tier2 you will get ILR. 2139 is good as it is vague and fits many jobs and also salary threshold is less than 2135.
