Re: ILR 2018- best to apply under which category?

Thank you Char for the quick reply! 1. If I apply for FLR(M) extension am I allowed to apply for ILR in September 2018 even when the visa has not yet expired? Because I read somewhere that says if you want to renew a visa while holding a spouse visa you can't apply more than 28 days before the visa ...

Re: Moving house while visa is in progress

Thanks for your reply shushmehdta. Good to know I don't have to go back to square one. Do you know how do I inform home home office regarding the change of address? I would usually call 0300 123 2241 to ask about my visa status. Do I just call that number to let them know about the change of address...

Re: FLR(M) waiting times 2011-2014

Hi pondjumper, I have called that number today and the lady said they have received the further 48 pounds payment and just waiting for someone to deduct it from my account. Till now it hasn't been deducted yet. I wonder why it's so difficult to just take the money. She said she couldn't do anything ...

Re: Tier 4 Visa holder married to a British permanent reside

Thank you so much for your help . You've been very grateful so far.

So does that mean we need to provide both of out bank statements or do we have to create a joint account when applying for the spouse visa. Sorry if it seems like a stupid question, just to be sure.

Many thanks

Re: Tier 4 Visa holder married to a British permanent reside

Thank you for your reply. Maybe my student visa wasn't tier 2 , I don't know why I thought it was called tier 2 student visa. Maybe it was just a student visa- I must've got it wrong. But yes now for some reason all foreign foundation doctors hold tier 4 which is a student visa but actually we're al...

Re: Tier 4 Visa holder married to a British permanent reside

Thank you so much for your input, that's very helpful. I couldn't apply for ILR after 5 years of tier 2 because I was here for five years as a student and not working , I don't think they would've granted me ILR at that point. So is the link that you gave me an application for a spouse visa ? How ea...
