get a copy of the CoS and check the SOC code (the job should be NQF level 6), check that the job description is in line with the SOC code and that the salary is at least the minimum (for a 39 hour week) according the code of practice Thank you again, Manci. If it is important for you/ the company that you continue working then you should appeal within the 10 working day period allowed for the appeal.
