HI All,

Is UK born Baby British Citizen If parents holding ILR, can I directly apply for British Passport or should i register his British Citizenship through (Application to register child under 18 as British citizen: form MN1)

Hi All,

I went to Glasgow PEO today for my Tier 1 to ILR , they collected all documents and then bio-metrics, and after 3 hours Case worked called me to inform that they need further checks and handed over a letter :(

not sure how long I need to wait
