Any advice Obie as its pure confusion at the moment. What's the best way to put the case forward and what proof of living togather as British partner pays all bills. Only have bank statements in separate names. Statements from debt companies. Gp NHS card . also could amazon account purchases be used...

@zakir1988 will this not cause issues with the application to ho. As they probably with check and see that the the partners details are not on the application?

Friend Been in uk 13.5 years. Overstayed about 10 of it. Have a British partner for over 7 years and a 4 year old child what can be done to regularise status

My brother partner of over 5 years but now he wants to claim Universal credit or JSA .also his partner is overstayed for 12 years with a toddler. How straight forward will it be adding her to tax credits and his application to get jsa etc as she has no Ni number either.

Almost in a similar position passport expired too appearantly there should be at least 6 months validity upon application. I would also like more info on this, as any alternative eoulbe awesome.
