Re: Do I need to resubmit my wedding certificate for FLR-M(second period)

So along with the marriage certificate, would you think I need to re-submit my wedding pictures, invitation card etc. as well for the second period of FLR-M?

Re: Proof of accommodation ownership FLR-M

Also I thought that was only applicable when applying for children. And yes I agree t...

Do I need to resubmit my wedding certificate for FLR-M(second period)

Hi All. I am applying for FLR-M (second period) for my wife and my question is do I need to submit my wedding certificate again? I had submitted it already with my wife's first FLR-M application. The wording on the application form is confusing "If you are applying for a first extension of stay...

A2 Test for spouse who has already cleared IELTS for ACADEMICS - FLR-M(Period2)

Hi all, my wife cleared IELTS for UKVI (Academics) on Aug01 2015 which was accepted with her application of FLR-M(Period1) a month or so later. Now I was preparing for her FLR-M (Period2) and just saw an A2 test requirement on the application form. My question is that does my wife also need to take ...

Home Office Letter confirming ILR Grant - FLR (M)

Dear Experts, I recently got my ILR and am applying for my wife's FLR (M). Now in Partner's Immigration Status (Page 61), it says to provide either a full copy of a passport confirming the sponsor is settled and present in the UK or another original document confirming settlement. Now since I have a...

Re: Evidence of Ordinary residence - FLR-M

OK. I think P60 is quite plausible. Maybe they made this document a requirement in the FLR-M (04-15) version.

Thank you so much for your help and time CR001.

Re: Evidence of Ordinary residence - FLR-M

CR001, Correct. I am aware that her time will reset but if I go through the PBS Dependent route then that will cost me 2 grand more. (i.e she will require two extensions to get to the qualifying five years period anyway as she has been here for roughly a year and PBS dependent extension will be for ...

Croyden.

Yes, that's my guess too. I suppose they don't have a specific day of the month either when they do plan to release a new form?
