Hi All My wife got her first FLR-M on 02-11-2015 (as per date of issue printed on her BRP). So can I apply for her ILR as soon as 04 October 2020. (ie 28 days before five years). Does this qualifying period start from the date of issue of the first FLR-M BRP or before the FLR-M extension BRP expires...

OK. I might submit via post (special delivery) on the 5th April as that is 28 days before my wife's FLR-M expires. So will the current 04-2017 form be valid if the HO receives it let's say on the 6th April (or even later due to some post complication)?
