Help - Question to anyone familiar with the Mexican naturalization process

I need help from anybody familiar with the naturalization process to become a Mexican citizen. My wife is a US citizen who moved to live with me, a Mexican citizen, in Mexico, a little under 2 years ago. She applied and successfully got a Temporary Residency visa as soon as she got here, based on ma...

Re: Entering the US after travelling with 2 passports

Thank you for your replies For Mexican residents (therefore Mexican dual citizens) in Mexico, I doubt that time spent there would be included in the 90 days limit. Else, they can never qualify for the visa waiver program, as they may always be over the 90 days limit. Yeah, that makes sense. I guess ...

Entering the US after travelling with 2 passports

I have a few questions about a trip I'm planning to make to the US soon. The background: I recently moved to Mexico (where I am living now) from the UK. I have both Mexican and British citizenship. I want to work in Spain and live there, but I was reading up on it and apparently I need to first apply for something called a NIE/registration certificate, since apparently any employer will ask for one first. BUT I also read that some of the paperwork you need to get a NIE includ...

Confused about how to register my non-EU spouse in Spain

I'm a UK citizen. Assuming that I exercise my Treaty Rights in Spain by working there for 3 months and get residency, I believed I could register a non-EU spouse as a resident on the grounds of their being my family member under the EU Free Movement laws. This site says this is pretty much all that ...

Can we marry after moving to Europe, for my fiance to stay?

I'm a UK citizen and I'm planning on going to live in Europe soon. Possibly either Portugal or Spain. I want my fiance (who is from the USA) to live with me there. I know that in order for her to have legal residence there with me, she needs to be registered as my spouse. My question is, do I need t...
